Standard Coating Booth Overview

  • Modular, Easy-to-Assemble Design – Simplifies installation and maintenance.

  • Cleanable Interior & Exterior – Smooth surfaces allow for quick and efficient cleaning.

  • Automatic Spraying System – Two sets of automatic spray guns positioned on each side.

  • Manual Spraying Support – Two manual spray gun groups per side for touch-up or precision work.

  • Air Supply Connections – Compressed air fittings provided on both sides of the booth.

  • Powder Containment Shields – Protective barriers at the entry and exit minimize powder escape.

  • Optimized Lighting – Six explosion-proof “three-protection” lighting fixtures installed on the ceiling; illumination ≥300 lux.

  • Emergency Stop Control – A main emergency stop button located at the operator’s control point allows for immediate conveyor shutdown in urgent situations.

  • Optional Custom Designs – Nonstandard booths available upon request.

  • Exterior Construction Flexibility – The outer enclosure may be built by the end user based on site conditions.


Coating Booth Material Options

3. Stainless Steel Booths

  • Longer return-on-investment cycle

4. Polypropylene (PP) Booths

Benefits:

  • Outstanding chemical resistance to acids and solvents

  • Non-corrosive—ideal for high-humidity conditions

  • Lightweight structure for easy installation and relocation

Limitations:

  • Maximum operating temperature around 90°C

  • Less impact resistance compared to metals
